Couples counselling provides a supportive space to strengthen relationships and navigate challenges together.
Relationships take effort, communication, and understanding, and sometimes, challenges can feel overwhelming. If you and your partner are struggling with conflict, trust issues, or emotional disconnection, couples counselling can provide a safe space to work through these difficulties together.
I use Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and other evidence-based approaches to help couples recognize patterns, strengthen their emotional bond, and develop healthier ways to navigate challenges. My goal is to support you and your partner in rebuilding connection and creating a more fulfilling relationship.

It’s completely normal for partners to come into therapy with different perspectives and concerns. In our sessions, we’ll create a space where both of you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll work on finding common ground and developing strategies to improve your relationship in ways that align with both of your needs.

The length of therapy depends on your specific goals and concerns. Some couples find that a few sessions help them gain clarity and new tools, while others may choose to engage in longer-term therapy to work through deeper patterns. We’ll discuss your goals early on and tailor the process to best support your relationship.
